Personal Vegan Fitness Coaching Application

Since day one, my priority has been to help people achieve their fitness goals on a whole food, plant-based diet.

My one-on-one coaching plans are 100% customized to your specific needs, but here are the general things you can expect from working with me:

  1. Custom meal plan and macro coaching: I'll tell you exactly what to eat and when so there is no need to count macros. You will receive full recipes customized to your dietary preferences. I emphasize whole plant foods in my plans, but do use tofu, protein powder, seitan, and textured vegetable protein (TVP). I do not use processed mock meats or tempeh. If you prefer to stick with unprocessed, whole plant foods, and omit the tofu, protein powders, etc., I can accommodate your dietary preferences.
  2. Custom workout plan: I'll tell you exactly what exercises you need to do to achieve your fitness goals. I'll also send you instructional videos for these exercises and provide work-arounds for any physical limitations or concerns you may have.
  3. 24/7 response via email: All communication will be handled via email. For all clients, replies to questions and general messages will be guaranteed within 36 hours.
  4. Bi-weekly Skype calls and progress updates: Every two weeks, we'll jump on a 30-minute Skype call to discuss your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your meal plan or training schedule, and answer your specific questions or concerns.
  5. My Bullet-Proof Guarantee: If you aren't completely satisfied after 30 days of working with me, I will refund every penny. No strings attached.

In the interest of a more personal touch, I'm only going to be taking a handful of clients at a time. With this approach, I’m able to focus on giving a select group of individuals the most personal experience possible in the online coaching world.

What will you be eating?

Research proves a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) diet is the healthiest diet on the planet. I only offer vegan meal plans. A vegan diet is ideal for losing weight, building muscle, maximizing athletic performance, and supercharging your health. There will be no meat, dairy, or eggs in any of your meals.

How long will it take to receive my plan?

If I decide that I can help you achieve your specific goals and we will likely work well together, I will send you an acceptance email. After sending this email, I will create your plan over the following week and email it to you within 7 days.
