Is the Vegan Superhero Academy Worth the Cost? It’s Worth Every Cent.

A year ago, my life felt like it was slipping through my fingers. I was constantly in pain—so much so that my husband had to push me in a wheelchair just to get through the mall. Every day felt like a struggle, and I couldn’t imagine how I was going to live the rest of my life that way. I had tried everything: fad diets, doctor-recommended meal plans, even eating only meat at one point because I was told it was the only thing my body could tolerate. Nothing worked. I felt stuck, lost, and exhausted.

In October 2022, I decided to go vegan. I was desperate for a change, but I had no idea what I was doing. My meals were a chaotic mix of carbs, and I had no clue how to get the protein and nutrients I needed. A simple Google search led me to The Vegan Superhero Academy, and I can confidently say it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

At first, I was hesitant. The cost made me pause, but I decided to take a chance because I was ready to invest in myself. Now, I can’t believe how much my life has changed. In my first three months, I lost over 20 pounds, and my chronic pain—once an unbearable 8-10 on the pain scale—dropped to a manageable 2-4. And it wasn’t just the physical changes. For the first time in my life, I had a coach who truly listened to me, supported me, and helped me build the confidence and clarity I needed to thrive.

Working with Coach Brian has been nothing short of life-changing. From day one, he made me feel seen and understood. He helped me fine-tune my diet so I could get the right balance of protein and calories, and he was always just a message away with advice, encouragement, or even help with restaurant menus when I wasn’t sure what to order. When I faced family stress, he not only helped me navigate it but gave me the tools to grow emotionally and mentally stronger.

Today, I’ve lost nearly 30 pounds, and I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been. I can do things I never thought possible—like running three miles or walking 24,000 steps a day—and wake up the next morning feeling great. The wheelchair is long gone, and so is the constant pain that used to define my life. I finally feel free.

Beyond the physical transformation, the community at VSA has been incredible. The team calls, program calls, and connections with other members have made me feel like I’m part of something bigger. We share ideas, celebrate wins, and support each other through challenges. It’s the kind of encouragement I didn’t know I needed, and it’s made all the difference.

I can’t recommend VSA enough. It’s not just about learning how to eat better or work out; it’s about becoming the best version of yourself. It’s an investment, yes, but it’s the greatest gift you can give yourself. I’m so grateful for this journey, and I know you will be too.
