CHOCOLATE CHIP MUG CAKE

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - 1 bottle
Maple Syrup - 1 bottle
Peanut Butter - 1 jar
Vanila Extract - 1 bottle
Oat Flour - 1 package
Baking Powder - 1 container
Cinnamon - 1 bottle
Dairy Free Chocolate Chips - 1 package
Directions
In a large mug combine the following ingredients. Keep in mind that the cake will almost triple in size as it rises.
¼ cup (61g) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp. (20g) of maple syrup
1 Tbsp. (16g) of peanut butter
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
After mixing the wet ingredients to combine, add the following dry ingredients and mix them with the wet ingredients.
¼ cup (30g) oat flour
1 tsp. (5g) of baking powder
½ tsp. (1g) of cinnamon
Mix in 1 Tbsp. (15g) of dairy free chocolate chips but save a few of them to sprinkle on top. You can also use blueberries for a healthier option!
Microwave for 90 seconds, sprinkle your extra chocolate chips or blueberries, let cool, and enjoy!
