CHOCOLATE CHIP MUG CAKE

  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - 1 bottle

    Maple Syrup - 1 bottle

    Peanut Butter - 1 jar

    Vanila Extract - 1 bottle

    Oat Flour - 1 package

    Baking Powder - 1 container

    Cinnamon - 1 bottle

    Dairy Free Chocolate Chips - 1 package

Directions

  1. In a large mug combine the following ingredients. Keep in mind that the cake will almost triple in size as it rises.

    • ¼ cup (61g) unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    • 1 Tbsp. (20g) of maple syrup

    • 1 Tbsp. (16g) of peanut butter

    • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract

  2. After mixing the wet ingredients to combine, add the following dry ingredients and mix them with the wet ingredients.

    • ¼ cup (30g) oat flour

    • 1 tsp. (5g) of baking powder

    • ½ tsp. (1g) of cinnamon

  3. Mix in 1 Tbsp. (15g) of dairy free chocolate chips but save a few of them to sprinkle on top. You can also use blueberries for a healthier option!

  4. Microwave for 90 seconds, sprinkle your extra chocolate chips or blueberries, let cool, and enjoy!
