Coach Brian’s Story

Brian’s passion for fitness started around 12 years old when he first began to strength train - the goal was to better perform tae kwon do, football, wrestling, and track and field. Strength training is his favorite form of exercise and he loves to focus on improving many variations of all of the main compound lifts. 

Brian was a certified in-person personal trainer for almost 8 years before transitioning to online coaching a little over 2 years ago. He specializes in fat loss and body recomposition, so helping you lose fat while still focusing on getting stronger and sculpting your body is his expertise! Brian believes that vegans have the power to become the healthiest and best-performing athletes out there, and that’s why he’s dedicated to the mission to help ambitious vegans transform their bodies.

“I’m a huge foodie and nutrition nerd, so I really enjoy talking about nutrition and creating meals for myself and everyone I work with that will really help transform the body! I went vegan almost 6 years ago now and it completely changed my outlook on food forever. It was one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made, and it’s an amazing feeling to have my actions aligned with my values. I truly believe that a well-planned plant-based lifestyle is the life hack to being healthy and in shape 24/7. 

I love to travel, and in my free time I love to cook, listen to podcasts and audiobooks, play sports, strength train, and get out in nature.”
