Coach Lukasz’s Story
His vegan journey started in 2018 after watching a couple of documentaries like “Cowspiracy”, “Earthlings” and “What the health” and realized he no longer wanted to support the mainstream system.
That was at the time he started taking his fitness journey seriously and implementing resistance training. Doing so has completely changed his life, most importantly his mindset. He found his passion in fitness to the point that he decided to become a personal trainer himself!
Lukasz got his qualifications in 2020 and jumped straight into training people, realizing soon after that coaching was something he was meant to do! The opportunity of transforming someone’s life and seeing someone reaching their goals gets him on fire!
He is grateful to be part of this amazing community and continue working towards improving himself as a coach, but most importantly help others reach their full potential and become the strongest and most confident vegans they can be.
He has built his physique by exclusively eating a plant-based diet and is passionate about helping others to be fit, strong, and healthy through eating a balanced plant-based diet and following a structured fitness plan.
On a more recreational note, Lukasz likes to spend time with his family and enjoys hiking and cooking whilst listening to podcasts.
