Green maca smoothie

Directions

  1. Arrange four containers on your countertop. We highly recommend using freezer bags which are easier to empty into a blender.

  2. Into each container, proceed to add the following ingredients: Start with 1 cup (30g) of spinach, spreading it evenly at the bottom. Next, add β…” cup (80g) of frozen pineapple chunks on top of the spinach. Follow with 1 sliced frozen banana (118g). If you're using fresh bananas instead of frozen, that's perfectly fine as well. Add 1 tablespoon (16g) of sun butter to enrich the mix with Vitamin E. Add 2 tablespoons (20g) of hemp seeds and 1 tablespoon (7g) of ground flax seeds to each container for additional nutrients. Finish off by sprinkling 1 teaspoon (5g) of maca powder into each container.

  3. Once all the ingredients are in the containers, seal them tightly and store them in the freezer.

  4. Whenever you're ready for a delicious smoothie, take one container from the freezer and empty its contents into your blender. Pour in 1ΒΌ cups (300mL) of vanilla-flavored soy milk.

  5. Blend everything together until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately and savor your homemade smoothie!
