How To Cook Delicious, Crispy, Oil-Free Tofu
Looks delicious, doesn't it?! 😋😋
Ingredients:
Extra firm organic tofu (as many blocks of tofu as you want, I typically cook 4 or 5 at a time.)
Your favorite seasoning (I use Perfect Pinch Caribbean Jerk seasoning)
Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Directions:
Step 1: Slice the tofu into 3/8” slabs.
Step 2: Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat the sheet with seasonings.
Step 3: Lay the tofu slabs on top of the seasoned portion of the sheet.
Step 4: Sprinkle more seasoning on top of the tofu. Then drip a good amount of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos on top of the tofu.
Step 5: Cook the tofu for 35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius). Then let it cool before removing from the tray. Be sure you do not peel up any pieces of the aluminum foil on the bottom of the tofu!
