We are looking for a DYNAMIC media buyer to help us grow The Vegan Gym brand and our online coaching program, the Vegan Superhero Academy. Job description

This is a full-time, remote position. As a digital marketing expert, your core area will be running, testing, and optimizing The Vegan Gym’s paid media campaigns. Your role will require you to grow exponential demand and engagement from paid traffic, execute on strategy across multiple platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Google, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, optimize on-page conversion, and ultimately drive positive ROI campaigns. You need to have marketing experience, but you do not need to have experience managing ads on all of the aforementioned platforms. Requirements

To qualify for this position, you MUST:

  • Be vegan

  • Be 100% aligned with our Core Values

  • Have a love for building brands, marketing, and copywriting

  • Have an extremely high level of work ethic

  • Some basic knowledge of fitness and plant-based nutrition will help you succeed but is not required

COMPENSATION

This is a RESULTS-based position. You will have a $30,000 USD base salary, and most of your compensation will come from biweekly performance bonuses (you will receive bonuses each pay period based on performance). Expected compensation is $60,000 to $100,000+ USD annually, based on performance. There is truly unlimited earning potential for a hungry, rockstar media buyer. All compensation will be paid twice monthly (on the 1st and 15th).
