I'm on a MISSION to help people BUILD MUSCLE and SUPERCHARGE THEIR HEALTH on a vegan diet.
Like most people, I don't like chronic disease, animal abuse, or global warming, so I've learned how to build an impressive physique on a high protein, whole food vegan diet filled with micronutrients to keep me healthy and fit while saving animals and the planet.
But it hasn't always been this way...
I MADE EVERY MISTAKE IN THE BOOK IN MY JOURNEY TO BUILD MUSCLE AND KNOW WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESN'T.
I don’t have outstanding genetics and wasn’t ripped my entire life. I was your normal meat-eating skinny kid that got into weightlifting to impress girls, and I had no clue what I was doing at first.
No matter where you are starting, I believe you can get in the best shape of your life on a vegan diet.
I am here to challenge the myth that you cannot be healthy, fit, and strong on a vegan diet. As an aspiring fitness model, strength and muscle mass are very important to me.
I've been vegan since May 2014 and it was hands-down the best decision of my life. After seeing the benefits of a vegan diet in my life, I want to spread the message to help people become incredibly fit and healthy.
