Understand how to use Cronometer for tracking your nutrition by watching the tutorial videos. Log in via the link sent by your coach and begin recording your meals to provide a baseline for your dietary habits.
Step 5: Review Form Assessment video HERE
Watch the form assessment video to learn how to correctly perform and record various exercises. Complete your assessments and send the footage to your coach for personalized feedback and adjustments.
