Savory caesar salad

  • Mixed Greens, pre-washed - 1 package

    Matchstick Carrots - 1 package

    Pre-Baked Tofu - 1 package

    Roasted Chickpeas - 1 package

    Non-Dairy Caesar Dressing - 1 bottle

Directions

  1. Add 1 four-ounce container of mixed greens (113g) to the bowl along with 1 cup (100g) of matchstick carrots.

  2. Pull your pre-baked tofu (198g) apart with your fingers into Β½ inch chunks and add it to the bowl.

  3. Add Β½ cup roasted chickpeas (56g) to the bowl and top it off with ΒΌ cup of vegan caesar dressing.

  4. Toss together and divide between two plates to serve.
