Silken Sweet Chili Tofu

Directions

  1. Open and drain a package of firm tofu, then place it on a plate. Make ½-inch slices in the tofu and gently push the slices away from you so they lay at an angle.

  2. Combine the following ingredients in a liquid measuring cup:

    • 1 Tbsp. (15g) of coconut aminos

    • 2 tsp. (12g) of sweet chili sauce

    • 2 tsp. (10g) of minced garlic

    • ½ tsp. (1g) of ground ginger

    • 1 tsp. (3g) of sesame seeds

  3. Mix well and pour over the tofu.

  4. Top with 2 scallion stalks (24g) and some fresh cilantro (2g) using scissors to cut them into small pieces.
