Snack: cheesy popcorn and fresh cantaloupe

Directions

  1. Add 2 cups of popcorn to 7 containers or bags. 

  2. Add 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast to each container/bag.

  3. Put the lid on or close each bag and shake it up to coat the popcorn. 

  4. Add 1 cup of cantaloupe to 7 small containers or bags.

Nutrition highlight

Fortified nutritional yeast is one of the best sources of Vitamin B12 and it has around 8-10g of protein per 2 Tbsp. It has a cheesy, nutty taste that goes great on popcorn.
