Directions

  1. Take 4 bananas, peel them, and slice them lengthwise. Add them to your meal prep containers.

  2. Grab some Kite Hill plant-based yogurt in vanilla, and add ½ cup (80 g) to the center of each open banana. This is a delicious high-protein plant-based yogurt brand.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons (18 g) of roasted, salted sunflower seeds. Lastly, top it off with 1 teaspoon of Agave (7 g) and 1 teaspoon (3 g) of cinnamon.
