We are looking for a NINJA sales rep to help us grow our online coaching program, the Vegan Superhero Academy. If you haven't heard of it, the Vegan Superhero Academy (VSA) is the most trusted vegan fitness coaching program in the world.

Role Overview
Your role is to help guide qualified prospects into our Vegan Superhero Academy coaching program through our sales process. Yes, this is a sales position, but at The Vegan Gym, we are all about coaching. A coach is someone who is in your corner and helps you build self-belief and commit to your goals. And that’s exactly what our Sales Team does for vegans (and vegan-curious people) who are interested in our program. That’s why we call our sales reps Success Coaches!
More specifically, in this role, you will prospect leads, take sales calls, track sales data, follow up with prospects, and hand off new clients to our world-class coaching team.
Please note: This position would start as a part-time role and scale to a full-time position over the course of 4 to 6 months as we scale our lead flow. As you scale to full-time, you are welcome to maintain another part-time position to supplement your income as long as it does not interfere with your sales performance. This position must become your sole work focus once you reach full-time. We have two full-time Success Coaches, and we want to scale up another role.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will serve a critical role in helping potential Vegan Superhero Academy clients to overcome their limiting beliefs and transform their bodies and lives forever. Below are some specific responsibilities for this important position.
Client Discovery and Coach Matching:
Speak with potential clients in in-depth discovery sessions to understand their specific health and fitness goals, challenges, and lifestyles.
Clearly communicate the value and uniqueness of the Vegan Superhero Academy's fully customized approach to each client, emphasizing how all nutrition and training programs are built from the ground up to meet our clients’ individual needs.
Highlight the Academy's significant expertise, with coaches who have over 200 years (yes, two centuries) of combined coaching experience.
Utilize detailed knowledge of our 18 coaches’ expertise, experience, and coaching styles to match each client with the right coach, ensuring a personalized and effective coaching experience from the start.
Enrollment Guidance and Seamless Transition:
Assist clients through the enrollment process, providing clear instructions and support to prepare them for their coaching journey.
Ensure a seamless transition to the coaching phase, facilitating introductions between clients and their matched coaches and conveying all necessary information to ensure coaches are fully prepared to meet the client’s needs.
Ongoing Relationship Management and Support:
Maintain a supportive relationship with clients after handoff, checking in periodically to ensure their satisfaction and progress towards their goals.
Serve as a point of contact for clients to express any concerns or adjustments they might need in their coaching plan, facilitating communication with their coach for a tailored coaching experience.
Feedback Collection and Community Integration:
Collect feedback from clients about their experience with their coach and the overall impact of their customized program, using insights to continuously improve the Academy's service.
Encourage and facilitate client integration into the Academy's supportive and tight-knit community, enhancing their experience and fostering a sense of belonging.
Lead Tracking and CRM Management:
Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to meticulously track all interactions with potential clients, from initial contact through to enrollment, ensuring every touchpoint is recorded for a comprehensive understanding of the client's journey.
Regularly update lead statuses within our CRM to reflect their current position in the sales funnel, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up actions.
Personalized Lead Nurturing:
Develop and implement a lead nurturing strategy that emphasizes personalized communication and follow-ups, tailored to the interests, needs, and engagement level of each potential client.
Use insights gained from initial consultations and interactions to send personalized content, updates, and check-ins that resonate with the specific health, nutrition, and fitness goals of each lead, demonstrating a genuine interest in their success and well-being.
Success Story Promotion and Advocacy:
Share success stories from clients within the Academy and with potential clients to illustrate the effectiveness and transformative potential of the Academy's customized coaching.
Act as an advocate for the Vegan Superhero Academy, showcasing its role in not just achieving health and fitness goals but in fostering a vibrant, supportive vegan community.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:

Have effective time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured and efficient workflow.
Have over the phone / video call sales experience.
Have a genuine love for chatting with people and be comfortable communicating via phone and Zoom with anyone.
Have a deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with a proven track record of successfully driving sales revenue (preferably for a service-based company). This includes proficiency in sales principles and tactics, customer relationship management, lead generation, and closing.
Be knowledgeable in sales tools and technologies, possess the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and have strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Be an excellent communicator with stellar English grammar.
Some basic knowledge of fitness and plant-based nutrition is highly preferred and will help you succeed, but it is not required.
Have a HUGE passion for helping people transform their lives. This is not a "9-5 job," this is something you need to commit to fully.
Note: Part-time hours would be 15-20 hours a week. Full-time hours would scale to 45-55 hours per week.

COMPENSATION
This is a RESULTS-based position. As such, this is a 100% COMMISSION sales position with truly unlimited earning potential. We pay sales commissions on an 8 to 12% sliding scale of revenue that you produce, plus additional bonuses. The annual income for this full-time position is $90,000 to $140,000+ USD (these are historical results, not projected numbers). You can expect your income to scale up considerably as you transition from a part-time to a full-time role.
