Role Overview
As a Sales Representative at The Vegan Gym, your mission is to inspire and empower potential clients to take the first step toward transforming their health and lives through our coaching programs, the Vegan Superhero Academy and Vegan Women’s Circle. You'll act as a guide and coach, building trust, transferring belief, and ensuring a seamless transition into our programs, where their transformation journey begins. That’s why, internally, we call our sales reps Success Coaches!
More specifically, in this role, you will prospect leads, take Discovery Calls, track sales data, follow up with prospects, and hand off new clients to our world-class coaching team.
Please note: This position would start as a part-time role and scale to a full-time position over the course of 2 to 4 months as we scale our lead flow. As you scale to full-time, you are welcome to maintain another part-time position to supplement your income as long as it does not interfere with your sales performance. This position must become your sole work focus once you reach full-time. We have two full-time Success Coaches, and we want to scale up another role. Part-time hours would be 15-20 hours a week. Full-time hours would scale to 45-55 hours per week.

Our coaching programs are changing thousands of lives and making a massive impact in the world by helping to spread veganism. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping potential clients of both the Vegan Superhero Academy and the Vegan Women’s Circle overcome their limiting beliefs and begin their journey to transforming their bodies and lives. Here are the key responsibilities for this impactful position:
Discovery Calls & Client Enrollment
Conduct Discovery Calls with potential clients to deeply understand their goals, challenges, and motivations.
Clearly articulate the value of our coaching programs, emphasizing the personalized approach and unmatched expertise of our team.
Guide clients through the decision-making process, addressing concerns, and inspiring them to take the first step toward transformation.
Facilitate a seamless enrollment process, ensuring clients feel confident and excited to begin their coaching journey.
Ongoing Client Support
Build trust and maintain supportive communication with clients post-enrollment to ensure a smooth transition to their assigned coach.
Act as a liaison between clients and coaches, addressing any questions or concerns to optimize the client experience.
Lead Nurturing & CRM Management
Track all Discovery Call interactions in our CRM to ensure consistent follow-up and lead management.
Develop and execute personalized lead-nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and motivated.
Community & Mission Advocacy
Share client success stories to inspire new leads and strengthen our community.
Actively promote our mission to transform lives and spread veganism, making a tangible impact in the world.
Requirements

Strong communication skills, with prior experience in phone/video call sales.
Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

COMPENSATION
This is a performance-driven role where your hard work directly determines your income. With our 100% commission structure (commissions range between 8–12% of revenue generated) and additional bonuses, your earning potential is unlimited. Our full-time Success Coaches earn $80,000–$140,000+ per year, and as you transition from part-time to full-time, your earning potential will grow considerably.
