Here’s how we suggest you use the Consistency Post Templates:

Please copy and paste the post templates below for your VSA consistency posts! Please be sure you have extra space (a double return) between lines so the text is not too crowded.

  • Looking for accountability without the requirements of a consistency streak?

    Use the accountability template to stay on track with your training and nutrition. These posts do not earn points.

    You are welcome to add photos/videos to your post.

  • The following template is the exact format that must be shared. This level adds participating in the VSA weekly challenge AND setting a daily Power List. Post must include BOTH a workout picture/video and a food picture/video. You are welcome to add additional photos/videos.

    You must participate in the weekly Challenge every day to maintain a Consistency Level 3 streak.

    Be sure to only include the ✅ OR ❌ for the daily Power List review (not both). You do NOT need to win every day to maintain your consistency streak. The daily Power List review is simply meant to be a point of self reflection. Your Power List should include significant personal or professional priorities/tasks beyond normal habits that are part of your daily routine. For example, eating and working out probably don’t belong on your Power List.

    Restock the store shelves
