Silken TOFU RANCH

  • Silken Tofu - 1 block

    Garlic Powder - 1 small bottle

    Onion Powder - 1 small bottle

    Nutritional Yeast - 1 bottle or 1 bag

    Fresh Dill - 1 bunch

    Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 bottle

    Dijon Mustard - 1 bottle

    Salt - 1 small bottle

    Black Pepper - 1 small bottle

Directions

  1. Add 1 block of undrained silken tofu (420g) to a blender. Then add 1 tablespoon (10g) of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon (7g) of onion powder, 1 tablespoon (5g) of nutritional yeast, 2 teaspoons (10g) of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon (5g) of dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons (1g) of your chopped dill, and ½ teaspoon each of both salt (3g) and pepper (1g).

  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a jar. It will thicken slightly in the fridge, add water as desired to thin.

  3. Roughly chop up about 2 tablespoons (1g) of fresh dill. Add your chopped dill to the sauce and mix. You can serve it with our Spicy Tofu Bites and celery!
