Ingredients
100g Silken Tofu
260g Black Beans, Cooked/Drained
35g True Nutrition Soy Protein Isolate - Chocolate Fudge Brownie
14g Almond Flour
20g Cocoa Powder
5mL Vanilla Extract
15mL Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1⁄2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
175mL Water
14g Lily’s Vegan Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a high-speed blender, add in all of the above ingredients except for Lily’s Chocolate Chips.
Blend the tarnation out of the mixture for at least 2-3 minutes. Trust us, you don’t want any chunks!
Using a rubber spatula, pour brownie batter into a lined pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
Bake in the oven for 20-23 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool completely to set.
Cut into 9 brownies. Enjoy!
