Ingredients
Large raw beet (200g) (about 1 cup), peeled and cut into chunks
100 g cooked black beans (canned)
Quarter cup soy sauce
44 ml water
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
100 grams of pulsed TVP
Slider buns
Toppings, etc.
Directions
Add all of the ingredients except pulsed TVP to a food processor. Pulse, stopping to scrape the sides until everything is mixed together into a mush. Add in TVP and then pulse until it is a crumbly dough
Divide the dough into mini sliders!
Pan-fry them or grill them for a couple of minutes per side until browned and heated through. Place on a bun and top with your favorite vegan burger toppings.
