Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla wrap (gluten free if desired)
1/3 cup TVP (measured dry) mix with sauce & seasonings
1/4 cup unsalted tomato sauce
2 tbsp hummus
1/4 cup black beans, cooked, drained (62 g)
1/8 cup of dry brown rice
4 tbsp nutritional yeast (10 g)
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
Spices to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, onion) 1tsp each
Directions
1. Prepare the TVP by hydrating with unsalted tomato sauce and spices
2. Cook the rice
3. Prepare the black beans
4. Place the 3 prepared ingredients to the side
5. Spread 2 tbsp hummus on the tortilla wrap
6. Turn the stove on and place hummus-spreaded tortilla allowing it to turn light brown
7. Sprinkle nutritional yeast over the hummus
8. Place the prepared TVP, black beans, and rice over the hummus and yeast
9. Drizzle the buffalo sauce on top
10. Let tortilla cook until brown, fold it in half, cut, and eat!
