Tiana brings extensive experience and a deep passion to her role as a coach. With over 6 years of coaching expertise and a commitment to veganism spanning 12 years, Tiana embraces a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
Having adopted a vegan lifestyle for its multifaceted benefits—health, ethical treatment of animals, and environmental sustainability—Tiana understands the transformative power of plant-based nutrition firsthand. Her journey into veganism was not just about personal health but also about contributing positively to the planet and respecting animal welfare.
Tiana's own transformation from battling eating disorders to embracing strength training as a cornerstone of her health journey fuels her coaching philosophy. Outside of coaching, Tiana finds joy in exploring Michigan's natural beauty with her husband and their dog Rio, whether hiking scenic trails or unwinding on sandy beaches. She also enjoys running and participating in various races, finding joy in the physical and mental challenges they offer. Tiana loves creating tasty, high-protein vegan meals that are simple and satisfying.
